Howver, the BJP and NDA members became more agitated and raised slogans.

Mr Dasmunshi said ''this only shows that the BJP has even disowned their own leader and that is the reason Mr Vajpayee had not even come to the House.'' Similar scenes were witnessed in the Rajya Sabha with Leader of the Opposition Jaswant Singh demanding that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh make a statement on the issue.
